User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) defines the terms of use of the website https://mespecial.ru (hereinafter — the “Website”), administered by SPECIAL agency (hereinafter — the “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), and is concluded between the Company and an individual using the Website (hereinafter — the “User”, “You”).

This Agreement has been developed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including but not limited to:

  • The Constitution of the Russian Federation;
  • The Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
  • Federal Law No. 149-FZ dated 27.07.2006 “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection”;

  • Latest clarifications of Roskomnadzor and judicial practice.

1. General Provisions
